
Hi 👋 I’m Raluca, and for the past five years, I’ve been on a mission to become the most organised, productive, and balanced version of myself I could possibly be.
But I wasn’t always like this.
For most of my life, I was a chronic procrastinator. Despite always achieving good grades, never failing a subject, and being a star employee, I was constantly overwhelmed behind the scenes. I lived in a cycle of last-minute stress and burnout, until it finally caught up with me in 2021.
That year changed everything.
I hit a low point. Mentally and physically, I was exhausted, and I knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was. That burnout forced me to take a hard look at how I was living, and slowly but surely, I began rebuilding 🧩 .
I tried every productivity technique and organisation method I could find. I experimented, failed, tweaked, and learned. And over time, I transformed not just my systems, but my self 🌱. The way I live today looks nothing like it did before. In fact, people from my past would probably say I’m unrecognisable (in the best way).
Why I Started Bits & Bloem
What I want more than anything is to help others avoid reaching the kind of breaking point I did. You don’t need to wait for a full-on burnout to realise that your life can feel better, more grounded, intentional, and joyful.
There are simple systems, habits, and shifts that can help you get more done without sacrificing your wellbeing. You can stay on top of work, keep your home life in order, and still make space for what matters most 💛 .
